Move Colorado is designed to set the pace as a leader for funding transportation in Colorado – an advocate for funding solutions, a partner for economic development and a voice for the transportation community to Move Colorado. The organization is composed of organizations, associations, companies, and public agencies at the Board of Directors, Council, and Associate levels with a commitment to solving the transportation funding challenge in Colorado. It builds coalitions and partnerships, markets, polls, supports campaigns, and advocates support of Colorado transportation funding solutions.

Carla Romero Perez has 25+ years of experience in executive management and advisory services in both the public and private sector. Carla specializing in transportation policy, finance, administration, communications, public involvement, project, and program development. Carla recently reestablished her independent consulting business with a focus on transportation and mobility clients.

Jeff Kullman

Jeff is the Mountain Region Director for Michael Baker International, located in Denver, and oversees a diverse team of professionals that provide engineering and architectural services throughout the Rocky Mountain area. During his 36-year career, Jeff has served in leadership positions in both private and public sector focused primarily in the transportation sector. Jeff also serves as the Vice Chair of Adams County Economic Development, as a member of the CU Denver Engineering Leadership Council and is a member of the DRCOG Regional Transportation Committee.

Brad Doyle

Brad Doyle is a Project Director with Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group.  Brad is focused on the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects throughout Colorado.  Over the past 19 years Brad has been in a leadership role on projects ranging from planning and preliminary design through final construction and truly enjoys watching projects get completed.  Brad has served on multiple industry boards and committees and is currently the Vice President for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Colorado (ACEC-CO) board of directors.
