Move Colorado is designed to set the pace as a leader for funding transportation in Colorado – an advocate for funding solutions, a partner for economic development and a voice for the transportation community to Move Colorado. The organization is composed of organizations, associations, companies, and public agencies at the Board of Directors, Council, and Associate levels with a commitment to solving the transportation funding challenge in Colorado. It builds coalitions and partnerships, markets, polls, supports campaigns, and advocates support of Colorado transportation funding solutions.

Jeff Kullman

Jeff Kullman is the Transportation Practice Manager and the Office Leader for the Denver office of Atkins North America. Jeff has thirty years of diverse experience in all aspects of transportation engineering having lead organizations on both the private and public sector. He serves on the Executive Board of Adams County Economic Development and the Leadership Council for University of Colorado Civil Engineering School.

Carla Romero Perez

Carla Romero Perez has 23 years of experience in executive management and advisory services specializing in transportation policy, finance, administration, project, and program development and is currently a Senior Consultant with Jacobs. Previously she served as the Assistant General Manager for Administration at the Regional Transportation District (RTD), served in Governor Bill Ritter’s administration and was CDOT’s first Policy Director.

Del Walker

Del Walker has served as Colorado Area Manager with Parsons, a post he began in April 2008. Prior to his work at Parsons, he spent two years as Deputy Assistant General Manager of Capital Programs at Regional Transportation District (RTD). Before RTD, Del was the Director of Staff Branches at the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Prior to this, he served as Deputy Project Director on Metro Denver’s Transportation Expansion (T-REX) Project.

Ken Rudolph

Ken Rudolph is the president of Professional Management Consultants, LLC. He is also the former president and COO of Nolte and the former director of the Rocky Mountain Region. He is an expert in land development, LEED certified, with extensive work all aspects of civil engineering, project management, and construction-related engineering services. He is a Past President, American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
